Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Senior Business Growth Executive. The role involves driving business growth by identifying and capturing new opportunities, building client relationships, and creating strategies to expand the organization's market presence. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, overseeing sales processes, developing partnerships, and contributing to revenue generation. The candidate will also collaborate closely with internal teams to identify potential areas for improvement and ensure seamless implementation of business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong business development and client acquisition skills, with experience in generating and managing sales leads
  • Proficiency in developing strategic plans, conducting market research, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and foster long-term client relationships
  • Experience in mobile value-added services (VAS), mCommerce, or digital marketing is highly desirable
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proficiency in analyzing business trends and aligning strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
