We are hiring a Senior Business Development Partner – AI Solutions to drive enterprise sales across Indian private companies (₹25 Cr+ turnover).
This role focuses on consultative, solution-led selling and working closely with founders, CXOs, and business leaders to identify operational challenges and implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance decision making.
Success in this role means consistently building a strong sales pipeline, closing high value deals, and positioning AI as a practical business enabler across industries.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with Indian private companies (₹25 Cr+ turnover) for AI solution sales
- Build relationships with founders, CXOs, and key decision-makers
- Understand business challenges and map them to AI/automation solutions
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and solution discussions
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose tailored solutions
- Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM updates consistently
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Stay updated on AI trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings
- Represent the company in client meetings, events, and strategic discussions
Qualifications
Experience
- 7–12 years of experience in B2B / enterprise sales (SaaS, AI, IT services, ERP, CRM, or automation)
- Proven track record of achieving ₹2.5 Cr+ annual revenue
- Experience in closing high-value enterprise deals
Skills
- Strong consultative and solution-selling ability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders
- Good understanding of AI, automation, SaaS, and enterprise systems
- Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline
Other Requirements
- Ability to achieve ₹20L+ monthly sales targets
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
- Existing network with Indian businesses is an added advantage
