Hands on with Scripting, Automation and AI experience
Technical capability in applied AI and automation, appropriate for use in a regulated engineering environment
Practical experience designing and implementing AI enabled tools, including workflow automation, analysis, reporting, and documentation support
Expertise with modern AI techniques and tooling, such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), agent based workflows, and Python based development
Ability to translate engineering pain points into deployable, incremental solutions that deliver measurable productivity and efficiency gains
Clear communication, documentation, and knowledge sharing practices to support reuse and scaling of delivered solutions
