What We Expect From You:

A sales leader who is strong in execution with proven experience in selling B2b solutions and managing large sales team. Should be a high achiever with a proven track record. You should be excellent in analytical/reasoning

Job Description:

  • You will be required to Set up a sales process in place to monitor effort, effectiveness and results. Work with Hr team to make sure required no of sales resources are In place.
  • Mentor and train the sales team to make sure, they sell the solutions to the prospective customers.
  • Work with branch managers, to make sure the revenue targets are met.
  • Work with marketing team to generate leads of the prospective customers.
  • Conduct daily huddles with the Branch Managers and Sales Team members to discuss the day plan and numbers to be achieved.

Skill Set-:

  • You should be excellent in analytical/reasoning skills; good team player.
