Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Corporate Business Development professional to drive institutional sales, corporate partnerships, and large deal closures in the healthcare sector. The role will focus on expanding our presence across hospitals, corporate health programs, diagnostic chains, and enterprise clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute corporate sales strategy for healthcare IoT and diagnostic solutions.
Identify and close institutional and enterprise-level deals.
Engage with CXO-level stakeholders, procurement teams, and hospital management.
Build partnerships with corporate organizations for preventive health programs.
Lead negotiations and manage large contract closures.
Collaborate with product and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
Monitor revenue targets and institutional pipeline.
Represent the company at healthcare events and networking forums.
Eligibility CriteriaEducational QualificationBachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering / Pharmacy / Life Sciences
MBA (Marketing / Healthcare Management) preferred
Experience Required4-6 years in B2B healthcare sales, institutional sales, or medical device corporate BD.
Proven experience in large deal closure and enterprise engagement.
Required SkillsStrong B2B sales and negotiation capabilities
Experience in institutional & corporate healthcare sales
Strategic thinking and business planning skills
Excellent stakeholder management
Strong presentation and proposal drafting skills
