Blazewell Events is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development professional with strong experience in experiential marketing. The role involves driving new business opportunities while building and nurturing long-term client relationships.

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in experiential marketing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, and agencies
• Understand client briefs and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and pitches
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming business opportunities
• Achieve assigned revenue and business targets
• For senior profiles: mentor junior BD team members and support strategic planning and key account growth

• 312 years of Business Development experience in experiential marketing / events
• Strong exposure to corporate events, exhibitions & trade shows, brand activations, retail branding, and store launches
• Proven track record of closing deals and managing key accounts
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong industry network preferred
