Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (Sr. BDM) to drive on-ground marketing initiatives across Mumbai. This role involves managing BTL campaigns, handling field teams, and building strong relationships with RWAs and society stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute on-ground BTL campaigns (lift branding, gate branding, canopy activities, etc.)
- Manage and lead a team of Business Executives for smooth campaign execution
- Secure permissions from RWAs/societies and negotiate effectively
- Build and manage local vendor networks for campaign operations
- Ensure timely execution with strong planning and logistics management
- Track campaign performance and maintain reports using Excel
- Build strong relationships with RWAs, vendors, and internal teams
- Handle on-ground challenges, escalations, and conflict resolution
Requirements- Experience in Business Development / Field Marketing / BTL campaigns
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Good knowledge of Mumbai geography and local societies
- Fluency in local language (Marathi/Hindi)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Must be based in Mumbai
