Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing growth strategies. You will create proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company objectives. Regular analysis of market trends and competitive landscape will also be a key component of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Competitive Analysis
  • Experience in Sales Strategies, Contract Negotiation, and Deal Closure
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
  • Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration abilities
  • Understanding of the industry landscape and emerging business trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
