We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Associate to lead Below-The-Line (BTL)
partner onboarding initiatives at Urban Company.
The role involves managing a team of
Business Development Associates (BDAs), driving partner acquisition through field activities,
and ensuring efficient execution of onboarding strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of 10+ Business Development Associates (BDAs)
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings to review progress, align on goals, and resolve
challenges
- Assign daily/weekly/monthly targets to BDAs and track performance
- Identify and allocate target areas for BDAs to conduct partner search and onboarding
activities
- Develop and refine effective sales pitches and onboarding strategies for BDAs
- Monitor field activities and provide real-time guidance and support
- Organize and execute BTL activities such as events, campaigns, and field drives to
generate leads
- Ensure smooth onboarding of partners and maintain quality standards
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for better conversion rates
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and partner experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 6 months to 1 year years of experience in field sales, BTL marketing, or partner
acquisition
- Experience in team handling and field operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, high-pressure environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketplace platforms or service-based industries
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics
- Prior experience in managing onboarding funnels and conversion tracking
