Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead business development initiatives for our Wind Tower division. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and supporting strategic expansion in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the wind tower segment across domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Independent Power Producers (IPPs), Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) manufacturers, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead proposal preparation, tender submissions, and contract negotiations to secure new projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare business forecasts.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and reports using advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical preferred) or MBA in Marketing/Business Management.
