Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Business Development Manager based in Mumbai with some work from home flexibility. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, developing business plans, sales and marketing strategy implementation, conducting client meetings, and negotiating contracts. The role necessitates a strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Management
• Strong market research and strategic planning skills
• Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing strategies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in the civil construction industry is a plus
