Role Description

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building partner relationships, and expanding the company's client base. This full-time, on-site role is based in Navi Mumbai and involves leading strategic initiatives, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and contributing to the overall business development roadmap.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Market Analysis.
  • Strong skills in Networking, Relationship Building, and Client Communication.
  • Experience with Contract Negotiation, Proposal Development, and Deal Closing processes.
  • Knowledge of data-driven decision-making tools and methodologies in a business context.
  • Solid understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and fleet operations is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to drive performance and collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growth in a competitive environment.
