Job Description:
1. BTL Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute on-ground BTL campaigns including Lift Branding, Gate Branding, Flea Markets, Canopy Activities, Door-to-Door Sampling, and WhatsApp campaigns in RWAs/societies.
- Manage and guide a team of 45 field executives to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution.
- Secure permissions from RWAs/societies and negotiate favorable terms.
- Build and manage vendor networks for logistics, printing, and manpower support.
2. Operations & Reporting
- Handle campaign logistics, timelines, and on-ground execution efficiently.
- Track campaign performance, expenses, and effectiveness using Excel dashboards.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders.
3. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with RWAs, vendors, and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance).
- Act as the point of contact for resolving on-ground issues and ensuring smooth operations.
- Build strong local networks and maintain good rapport with key society stakeholders.
4. Key Requirements
- Experience in BTL Marketing, Field Marketing, Campaign Management, or Business Development.
- Experience managing field teams and executing on-ground campaigns.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good Excel skills for reporting and campaign tracking.
- Strong local market knowledge and fluency in regional language.
