Job Summary
Cloudnausor Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in product selling. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring enterprise customers, managing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence for our technology products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own end-to-end product sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop pricing strategies, proposals, and commercial negotiations
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities across SMEs, enterprises, and startups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
- Explore new markets, verticals, and channels for product expansion
Product & Market Strategy
- Understand Cloudnausor's product offerings and communicate value propositions effectively
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support product enhancement and roadmap planning
- Analyze competitor products, pricing, and positioning
Account & Relationship Management
- Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction and renewals
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and support teams
Leadership & Reporting
- Mentor junior sales and business development executives
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards
- Report regularly to senior management on sales progress and challenges
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in product-based selling (SaaS / Cloud / IT products preferred)
- Strong expertise in B2B sales, enterprise sales, and solution selling
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience in handling high-value deals and long sales cycles
Technical & Business Skills
- Good understanding of cloud technologies, software products, or IT solutions
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to interpret business requirements and align them with product capabilities
