Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Development Manager for Indian and Overseas markets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. The Senior Business Development Manager will also conduct market research, negotiate contracts, manage client accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. Effective communication and leadership will be essential to lead proposals and ensure successful execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Excellent understanding if the recruitment industry with proven track record of generating business volume over 5 Cr annually
• Market Research, Negotiation, and Analytical Thinking skills
• Project Coordination, Team Leadership, and Collaboration abilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Multilingual and team leader traits desired.
• Proven experience in business development or sales roles within international markets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus. Candidates with technical background will also be considered.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and projects with minimal supervision
• Experience in the recruitment or HR services industry is mandatory
