About Us :-
Role Overview :-
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to take full ownership of:
Lead generation (Outbound)
Inbound lead conversion
Sales calls and deal closures
Managing a small sales team
This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role with strong growth and earning potential.
Key Responsibilities :-
Lead Generation (Outbound)
Generate leads across UK, UAE, and India markets
Use channels such as: Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, Email campaigns
Identify and approach SMEs requiring digital services
Inbound Lead Management :-
Respond to inbound leads within 25 minutes
Engage via Phone, WhatsApp, and Email
Qualify leads and convert them into paying clients
Maintain structured follow-ups (Day 1, 3, 5)
Sales & Closing :-
Conduct discovery calls with prospects
Recommend suitable solutions (Website, SEO, Digital Marketing, Apps)
Handle objections and close deals confidently
Convert both entry-level and mid-sized projects
Team Leadership :-
Manage and guide a team of 2 (calling / outreach executives)
Assign daily targets and monitor performance
Ensure consistent follow-ups and pipeline movement
Improve scripts and conversion processes
Reporting & CRM :-
Maintain lead and sales data in CRM (HubSpot / Excel)
Track Leads, Conversions, and Revenue
Provide regular performance updates
Requirements :-
Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (Digital Services preferred)
Strong skills in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals
Experience working with international clients (UK/UAE preferred)
Ability to manage and lead a small team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
