Job Description

  • We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (Sr. BDM) to join our high- performing Sales & BD team.
  • The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in healthcare,particularly within health & wellness, diabetes management, or condition management, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and closing large-scale deals.
  • This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, relationship building, and execution skills, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the healthcare sector.

Responsibility:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and unit targets through new business acquisition and account expansion.
  • Identify, develop, and convert leads into long-term partnerships with corporates, hospitals, insurers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with key decision-makers, CXOs, and stakeholders in the healthcare and wellness ecosystem.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals, showcasing value proposition and ROI for clients.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, solutioning, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Drive large deal closures with strategic accounts and institutional partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, clinical) to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and conferences to enhance visibility and networking.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-6 years of proven experience in healthcare business development, with strong exposure to diabetes management, digital health, or condition management solutions.
  • Strong track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large deals and managing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and proposal development skills with the ability to simplify complex healthcare solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a high level of ownership.
  • Strong network in healthcare ecosystem (corporates, payers, providers, pharma, wellness companies) is highly desirable.
