P&L Ownership:

Market Expansion:

Develop and execute strategies to expand the homecare business in Hyderabad and surrounding regions.

Doctor & Partner Engagement:

Leverage strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers to drive referrals and partnerships.

Team Management:

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across sales, operations, and customer service.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance with healthcare standards, and superior patient experience.

Strategic Planning:

Identify new business opportunities, service offerings, and partnerships to strengthen market position.
