Description

We are looking for a Principal Lead Consultant with 3-8 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and leadership skills, and be able to manage and deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of consultants to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
Develop and maintain client relationships, and identify new business opportunities
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3-8 years of experience in consulting, with expertise in one or more industries such as finance, healthcare, or retail
Strong leadership and project management skills
Expertise in one or more technologies such as Java, Python, or .NET
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to travel as needed
