Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi is for a Business Development Manager. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, creating sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing project execution. The role involves market analysis, client engagement, delivering sales presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications
  • Business development and sales skills, including experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and contract negotiation
  • Strategic thinking, market analysis, and ability to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
  • Understanding of solar energy or clean energy solutions; prior industry experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi with adaptability to dynamic work environments
