V Group Inc., an ISO 9001:2015 certified IT services company based in New Jersey, is looking to hire a Senior Business Development Executive in the Ecommerce team to support its global outreach in digital accessibility, e-commerce, and custom software services. Location: Bhopal/Remote (India)
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Experience Required: 3–6 years
Eligibility: Graduates with excellent English communication skills. Prior experience in business development will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to engage potential clients across international markets
- Execute and manage email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Support lead nurturing and appointment scheduling for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status in CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and support proposals
- Develop an understanding of service offerings including Shopify, WordPress, Magento, Drupal, web/mobile development, and accessibility solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US hours)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Understanding of business development and sales processes
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo
- Exposure to IT services such as e-commerce platforms, website development, or accessibility solutions
