Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Experts in hotel, villa, resort, homestay onboarding.

Expert in selling subscriptions, converting customers with the quality. Experts in handling and converting B2B Customers If you are persuasive, customer-focused, and enjoy hitting targets, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain products/services and their benefits clearly.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on warm leads to convert into sales

What We're Looking For:

1. Expert in onboarding hotels resorts, homestay, villas.
2. Expert in selling subscriptions to hotels resorts, homestay, villas.
3. Expert in B2B sales conversion
4. Expert in travel, tourism and hospitality
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
7. Basic knowledge of google sheet
8. Goal-driven with a positive attitude
