Role Overview
As a Senior BDE, you will be the first point of connection for students who are exploring our learning programs. Your role is to understand their academic goals, provide clarity about our courses, and support them in taking the next step in their education journey. Your success in this role will be reflected in how well you guide students and help them confidently enroll into the right program.
What You Will Do
- Reach Out to Potential Students:
Connect with interested students through phone calls, messages, and emails to understand their education needs.
- Explain Programs Clearly:
Share accurate details about course structure, fees, learning outcomes, mentorship, and future opportunities.
Understand each student's background and goals, and help them choose the most suitable course.
Assist students step-by-step throughout the admission process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain proper follow-ups, call notes, and student details in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly enrollment goals with consistent efforts and smart communication.
Coordinate with the academic and support teams to ensure enrolled students transition smoothly into the program.
- Handle Questions & Concerns:
Address doubts confidently and present suitable solutions that build trust.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (in any field).
- Minimum 2 years in Tele sales
- Proficient in English and Malayalam
- Ability to build trust and maintain meaningful conversations over call.
- Goal-driven and comfortable working with monthly targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
