THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to fuel our next stage of growth —

someone who thrives on building genuine client relationships, uncovering new market

opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Prospect & Generate Leads
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • across target markets through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Build Client Relationships
  • Develop trust-based, long-term relationships with
  • clients from first contact through ongoing account management.
  • Drive Revenue Growth
  • Own your pipeline, meet revenue targets, and contribute directly to the company's business growth strategy.
  • Pitch & Present Solutions
  • Craft compelling proposals and presentations that clearly communicate our capabilities and value proposition.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally Work closely with technical and design teams to tailor solutions that genuinely address client needs.
  • Track & Optimize
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, analyze sales data, and refine your approach based on what works.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management, ideally in IT, software, or technology services.

• Strong track record in lead generation, pipeline development, and closing deals.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, able to engage confidently with

stakeholders at all levels.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to conduct market research and translate insights into action.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented, comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage.
