What role will you play (Key Responsibilities)

  • Own and lead the overall performance marketing strategy across all digital channels.
  • Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other paid platforms.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven decisions.
  • Manage and optimize SEM, PPC, display, and paid social campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Lead budget planning, allocation, and forecasting across channels.
  • Build and manage full-funnel marketing strategies (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention).
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Oversee email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing strategies for lifecycle engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to deliver high-performing ad creatives.
  • Drive A/B testing strategies across creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Optimize website performance, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the performance marketing team and external agencies.
  • Present performance insights and growth strategies to leadership.

What makes you a perfect fit

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing / growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and scaling brands.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of D2C / e-commerce performance marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
