Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert potential clients for plot and property sales.
- Handle client inquiries, property site visits, and follow-ups to close deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Present project details, pricing, and benefits effectively to prospective buyers.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead flow and post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in real estate sales (plots, residential, or commercial projects).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and closing abilities.
- Proactive approach with a target-driven mindset.
- Good command of English, Hindi, and local language (as applicable).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Candidates with real estate experience will be given priority.
