Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying potential learners, engaging with prospects, and converting leads into enrollments. The role requires strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and connect with prospective students through various channels such as inbound leads, outbound calling, referrals, and partnerships
- Qualify leads by understanding learner needs and recommending suitable courses/programs
- Deliver compelling product/course explanations and career guidance to drive enrollments
- Manage the complete sales cycle from first interaction to final conversion
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned performance goals on weekly and monthly basis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure a high-quality experience
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Conduct follow-ups with interested candidates and nurture them through the decision-making process
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving learner needs
Required Skills:- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or counseling (preferably in EdTech)
- Ability to handle high-volume interactions and maintain quality engagement
- Result-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Ability to build trust and influence decision-making
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in EdTech, education sales, or inside sales is a plus
