Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive program sales and revenue growth in the EdTech segment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in selling online courses, certification programs, or educational products and possess strong communication skills in regional languages (South Indian languages or Marathi).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel and convert prospective leads into enrollments for educational programs
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups on assigned leads
  • Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs
  • Achieve weekly/monthly revenue and conversion targets
  • Maintain CRM updates and track sales activities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Handle objections and provide accurate program information

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in EdTech / program sales / course selling
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) or Marathi
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
