We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping clients discover innovative visualization solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, architects, interior designers, and consultants.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations (ability and willingness to travel is a must).
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal creative team to develop customized proposals.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular sales reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Experience selling B2B services is preferred.
  • Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to understand technical and creative services and communicate their value effectively.
