Atlas SoftWeb is expanding and looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. We deliver web, mobile, and digital solutions to clients worldwide, with expertise in WordPress, Shopify, PHP Development, Front-End Technologies, and Digital Marketing.
Location: Motera, Ahmedabad
Work Mode: Work From Office
Experience: 2+ Years
Role Responsibilities:• Drive strategic business development initiatives and identify high-value opportunities
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations independently
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Build and nurture strong client relationships for repeat business
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities
Required Skills:• 2+ years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales
• Strong background in IT services, software sales, or digital marketing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle independently
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach
