What You'll Do
- Own and drive student admissions & revenue growth
- Build strong college/institute partnerships (B2B) across South India
- Generate leads through field activities, events, and digital outreach
- Convert prospects via counseling, follow-ups, and relationship building
- Conduct seminars, webinars & career guidance sessions
- Work closely with marketing to maximize lead conversion
- Track performance using CRM tools and sales dashboards
- Travel for on-ground activations, meetings, and expansion opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 1–6 years in Sales / Business Development / EdTech
- Strong ability to close deals and achieve targets
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Fluency in English + Hindi + any regional language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam / Marathi)
- Comfortable with field work + travel
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools / sales processes
- Bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus)
