Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities and overall operations of the franchise location
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the Branch Manager
  • Ensure Pre-Counseling Preparedness (PCP) to deliver consistent service quality
  • Maintain professional grooming standards as outlined in the SOP manual
  • Follow all enquiry management and booking processes as per company SOP
  • Handle customer enquiries through multiple channels – walk-ins, phone calls, emails, city PSAs, and travel agents
  • Provide customers with accurate product information, pricing, and support for informed decision-making
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with city PSAs and travel agents for continued business generation
  • Ensure query turnaround time is met according to SOP standards
  • Conduct telesales follow-ups to drive sales closures and bookings
  • Coordinate with the service/delivery team to ensure a seamless post-sale process
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction levels at a minimum of 95% throughout the customer journey
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and systems

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong customer service and sales orientation
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow up efficiently
  • Proactive attitude and results-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with SOP-based operations and structured reporting
