Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams
• Prepare BRD/FRD and other project documentation
• Perform data analysis and support business decision-making
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Mandatory experience in the Pharma domain
• Strong hands-on experience in SQL with the ability to write complex queries independently
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in remote/onshore-offshore environments
