Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, stakeholder management and working across multiple domains utilizing Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and resolve challenges
• Ensure seamless API integration and effective system communication
• Support Agile workflows, including Scrum, Kanban and SAFe
• Perform data analysis using SQL to aid decision-making
• Contribute to projects across BFSI, healthcare, insurance and life sciences sectors
• Create UI/UX mockups to enhance user experience
• Explore AI models to improve productivity in business analysis activities

Requirements

• 8-10 years of proven experience in business analysis and product ownership roles
• Expertise in BRD/FRD preparation, requirement gathering and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe
• Advanced understanding of SQL and API integration processes
• Background in BFSI, healthcare, insurance and life sciences domains
• Capability to integrate AI models for enhancing BA/PO tasks
• Familiarity with CRMs, ERPs and data management practices
• Proficiency in UI/UX design and the creation of functional mockups
• Certification in Agile frameworks
