Role Description
- The Enterprise Process Management program is expected to deliver an effective framework of business processes and controls in collaboration with the DWS business units and enabling functions. The scope of the program spans across the entire DWS value chain, including all product groups, business processes and regions and includes:
- Determining business risk profile for different product groups, business processes, regions or DWS group as a whole,
- Leading the business units through the execution of business risk and control assessment processes,
- Providing transparency to DWS Executive Board and Senior Management on weaknesses in DWS control environment and required remediating actions,
- Designing and implementing an effective framework to analyse and implement business processes and business controls,
- Leading and/or overseeing central remediation initiatives with the aim of improving DWSs business processes and control environment.

Your key responsibilities
- Collect and evaluate business requirements around Process Management (EPM) i.e., a. Process discovery, b. Process modelling, c. Business and Technical Quality Assurance, d. Publication of approved process models and d. Annual re-certification process
- Assist in creation, implementation, and documentation of business requirements
- Carry out Analysis of present processes and identify opportunities to enhance processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Apply knowledge on business process modelling to discuss with business units
- Assist in the design and implementation of technical solutions
- Perform quality assurance to ensure the technology delivery meets business expectations
Your skills and experience
- At least 7 years experience in banking or asset management, preferrable in Process Management, Business Architecture and/or Control Management related activities
- Experience in Asset Management Industry and/or Financial Industry
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders
- BPMN 2.0 or other BPM / Operational Excellence certification preferred.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word as well as a relevant Business Process Management Tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
