What You'll Do
We are seeking a highly experienced analyst who works independently and owns complex functional areas, leading solution design activities and mentoring other Business Analysts.
What To Have For This Position.
Must have Skills.
- 6–8+ years of Business Analysis experience with proven ability to work independently.
- Stronge insurance domain knowledge in Life, P&C, or Reinsurance.
- Ability to lead complex customer workshops and solution design sessions.
- Perform impact analysis, cross‑domain assessments, and traceability across modules ensuring completeness, accuracy, and solution quality.
- Strong expertise in integrations, data flows, and enterprise systems.
- Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, ETL processes, and multi-tier systems
- Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
- Ability to understand the data models and structures of technology systems and design relational models for Core application and Datawarehouse solutions.
- Good understanding of data analysis using analytics tools including but not limited to PowerBI, Tableau, SAP BO, Qlik Sense, Sisense.
- Ability to mentor and guide other Business Analysts.
Product Knowledge
- Good understanding of Sapiens core insurance applications (Sapiens IDITSuite, Sapiens CoreSuite for L&P, Sapiens Reinsurance) or equivalent core applications including but not limited to Guidewire, Duck creek, Policy400, Genesys, Ebao Tech, FirstGen, Premia, INGENIUM, ALIS, Life Asia - their processes and data models.
- Understanding of cross-domain impacts across core, digital, and reinsurance systems.
AI-Related Expectations
- Use LLM/AI tools for requirements analysis, documentation, and process mapping.
- Validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, bias, hallucination, and business rule alignment.
- Use AI for SQL generation, test data creation, scenario expansion, and analytical insights.
- Adhere to responsible AI governance, privacy, and validation disciplines.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in large-scale insurance transformation projects.
- Exposure to Digital, Data, or Analytics platform implementations.
- Experience in presentation to senior and C-level stakeholders.
