Who are we looking for
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (10years) with strong experience in enterprise business analysis and AI/ML-driven products. The role focuses on translating complex business and regulatory needs into clear, actionable, AI-ready requirements, working closely with product, engineering, and data science teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define business goals, objectives, and impact statements aligned to enterprise strategy.
- Perform current-state, gap, and future-state analysis for AI and digital initiatives.
- Create and manage BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, and end-to-end traceability.
- Partner with Product Owners on Epics, Features, Backlogs, and Agile ceremonies.
- Apply Prompt Engineering concepts to optimize LLM-based business workflows.
- Analyze and profile data to support AI initiatives and validate AI outputs.
- Model processes and decisions using BPMN/DMN (BPMN 2.0).
- Lead stakeholder workshops, UATs, demos, and reviews.
- Serve as the liaison between business users, AI/ML engineers, data scientists, product managers, and development teams to ensure all requirements are value-driven, feasible, and AI-ready.
Technical / Business Skills:
- AI/ML exposure preferred.
- Mandatory domain experience in anyone of these - Banking, Insurance, and/or Logistics.
- Strong Agile experience (JIRA, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and enterprise LLM use cases.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in using tools like Camunda, Signavio, or Bizagi.
- Proficiency with: Wireframes, Mock Ups, Process Mapping, Visio, and MS Office Suite as applicable for the team
Education Qualification
- Graduate in CS, AI/ML, Business, or related field
Certification (good to have):
- Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or SAFe POPM would be an added advantage.
