Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong US Healthcare domain expertise to support enterprise provider platform modernization and transformation initiatives. The role will work closely with Architecture, Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to document current-state systems, analyze provider workflows, and support migration and modernization planning across complex healthcare platforms.

Responsibilities

Conduct stakeholder discovery sessions with business, product, and technology teams to understand provider lifecycle processes (enrollment, credentialing, provider management, correspondence).

Document current-state workflows, system interactions, and operational dependencies across provider platforms.

Perform gap analysis between current systems and target-state platform capabilities.

Analyze healthcare data flows and integrations including APIs, FHIR/HL7, and EDI interfaces.

Support documentation of business rules, regulatory requirements, and state-level variations impacting provider operations.

Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to translate business requirements into modernization and migration roadmaps.

Prepare structured artifacts including process documentation, requirement specifications, integration mapping, and executive summaries.

Qualifications

810+ years of Business Analysis experience

Strong experience in US Healthcare systems, preferably provider management, Medicaid, or payer platforms

Experience documenting business processes, integrations, and data flows

Familiarity with healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, and EDI

Ability to work across business, architecture, and engineering teams in large enterprise programs

Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
