About the Company

What will your role look like Work as a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

About the Role

Lead requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder discussions, and discovery sessions for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementations across ServiceNow ITSM, Custom Application Development, App Engine, HRSD, and ITOM modules.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, and use cases.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, developers, and project managers to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical solutions.
  • Analyze and improve business processes and workflows using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Participate in solution design discussions, UAT planning, and test case validation to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Assist in defining CMDB and service data requirements where relevant to ITSM and ITOM implementations.
  • Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and organizational governance standards.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

8+ years of overall IT experience with strong experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience supporting implementations in ServiceNow ITSM, Custom Application Development, App Engine, HRSD, and ITOM.
  • Strong expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, and functional documentation.
  • Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, process diagrams, and workflow documentation.
  • Good understanding of IT service management processes and enterprise workflow automation.
  • Experience working closely with developers and technical teams to translate requirements into platform capabilities.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience supporting UAT, requirement validation, and solution delivery.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum project environments.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities such as Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, and workflow automation.
  • Understanding of CMDB concepts and ITOM data models.
  • Familiarity with process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience using project and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
