Senior Business Analyst
In This Role, You Will
- Work closely with the Business Project Manager(s) to agree the requirements of any change, which could be both from a client or an internal system enhancement.
- Operate within an Agile methodology.
- Work independently and under direction of project managers and with users to define concepts.
- Leverage strong analytical skills required to gain a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into applicable operational requirements.
- Ensure appropriate business analysis tasks are performed as part of the change lifecycle including the development of process maps, operating models and business requirement documents.
- Constructively raising key issues and risksIdentifying, recommending and delivering opportunities for improvements to enhance quality, efficiency and effectiveness of deliverables
To Be Successful, You Will
- Possession of a relevant business analysis qualification desirable.
- 4 - 6 years of Fund Services Experience.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis roles.
- Experience of working in a large scale change environmentKnowledge and experience of ETL Technologies.
- Ability to analyze data using a variety of tools such as Excel, SQL.
