Experience:Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Banking & Financial Services industry, with significant experience in Finacle Core Banking and Payments systems.
Domain Knowledge:Deep understanding of end-to-end payment systems and processes (Cards, Mobile payments, Account-based payments), retail banking operations, product workflows, and reconciliation processes.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in creating process flows (e.g., Visio), documentation (BRDs, FSDs), and basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis/troubleshooting is highly valued.
Methodologies:Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project methodologies is often preferred.
Soft Skills:Excellent communication (written and verbal), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proven stakeholder management abilities.
Technical/Domain Skills:
In-depth knowledge of payment life cycles, clearing mechanisms, and settlement processes.
Familiarity with related banking modules such as General Ledger, CRM, and Limits within Finacle is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in analytical tools (Visio, Jira, Confluence) and basic SQL for data querying/validation.
