Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis:
- Understand and analyze business requirements related to EDI.
- Communicate and validate requirements with business users.
Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Document EDI-related process specifications.
- Prepare or update existing EDI map specifications.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Coordinate with the development team for EDI map development.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the business team.
- Follow up on deployment and post-deployment support until completion.
Industry Knowledge:
- Apply logistics knowledge, particularly in AIR and SEA operations, to EDI processes.
