Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The selected candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements, defining efficient processes, and providing strategic recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting detailed analysis, improving business processes, and ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams. The Senior Business Analyst will also support project delivery through planning and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in deploying technology & analytics solutions in FMCG/CPG
• Strong skills in Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Data Interpretation
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process Mapping
• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
• Ability to gather, document, and translate Business Requirements into actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in a similar business analyst or consultancy role
• Familiarity with RTM, Supply Chain, and Analytics platforms is a plus
• Analytics experience is a good to have
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
