Business Analyst Airline Domain

• Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements in airline ticketing operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, including workflow diagrams, procedures, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that meet their needs and improve efficiency.
• Provide training and support to users on new systems or changes made to existing ones.

Job Requirements :

• 7-15 years of experience in a similar role within the aviation industry (airlines or GDS).
• Strong understanding of airline ticketing processes and procedures.
• Experience with business analysis tools such as BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) or UML (Unified Modeling Language).
• Knowledge of IATA standards and regulations related to international travel.
