Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and product stakeholders.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and review sessions.
- Manage and prioritize requirements using Jira and other tracking tools.
- Support UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimized solutions.
- Ensure high-quality documentation and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills Required:
- 4-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience in a technology-driven environment
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and multi-country contexts
- Track record of delivering high-quality business analysis artifacts for IT projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Education:Any Graduation.
