About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst with a strong background in
Supply Chain Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, hands-on experience in
data analysis using SQL, and proficiency in
JIRA for requirement management and agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain processes, pain points, and improvement areas.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Perform detailed data analysis using SQL to support decision-making, identify trends, and validate business hypotheses.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery of enhancements and new solutions.
- Use JIRA to manage user stories, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.
- Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
- Generate and maintain reports and dashboards for supply chain KPIs.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 48 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing domains.
- Strong working knowledge of Supply Chain processes (Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Fulfillment, Logistics, etc.).
- Proficiency in SQL ability to write complex queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience working with JIRA / Confluence for agile project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Knowledge of supply chain analytics, forecasting, or optimization projects.
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
