Role: Sr. Brand Marketing Manager

Role Overview:
Responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing strategy of the brand. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee all verticals of marketing including digital, influencer, media buying, PR, and brand communications while ensuring strong alignment with business goals.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and market positioning. Your primary focus will be on scaling the brand, creating innovative campaigns, and leading a high-performing marketing team to deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Use strong analytical and creative skills to drive brand strategy.
Build and execute 360 brand campaigns.
Lead media, influencer, and digital marketing teams.
Create clear plans to win against competition.
Work with cross-functional teams for brand and performance alignment.
Aim for high growth and ambitious targets.
Manage the complete marketing function of the brand.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Management or Marketing.
Preferred: Experience in the health or FMCG sector .
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define clear brand strategies.
Experience in influencer marketing from building matrices to leading teams.
Solid understanding of digital media, including planning and performance evaluation.
Strong creative sensibilities with a sharp eye for brand storytelling.
High sense of ownership, accountability, and passion for building brands.
