Role : Senior Brand Manager

Work Timings : 10:15 am – 7:15 pm

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturday)

Department : Marketing

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai

About the Role:

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be the custodian of IIDE's brand across categories, audiences, and campuses. You will define and execute brand strategy, lead integrated campaigns and teams, and ensure that brand building directly contributes to business growth.

This role requires a strong strategic lens, hands-on execution ability, and comfort operating at the intersection of brand, performance, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own brand communication and visibility across social media, PR, influencers, events, partnerships, and campus activations.
  2. Lead integrated brand campaigns from idea to execution across digital and offline channels across all consumer-facing touchpoints.
  3. Define content strategy and storytelling direction; drive execution through in-house designers, video editors, and/or external partners.
  4. Plan marketing calendars and track campaign performance across awareness, engagement, and business impact.
  5. Manage creative, Social, PR & influencer teams; collaborate closely with growth, product, and sales teams.
  6. Own brand budgets, including content, production, and external partners.

Requirements

Must-Have

  1. 5+ years in Brand / Marketing roles.
  2. Experience running integrated brand campaigns (digital-first).
  3. Strong content judgment (copy + creative).
  4. Experience working with and managing the copy team, social media team, designers, video teams, and agencies.
  5. Comfortable tracking KPIs and campaign performance.
  6. Consumer-obsessed, commercially sharp, and execution-focused.

Nice-to-Have

  1. Experience in education, consumer brands, or high-growth startups.
  2. Exposure to PR, influencers, partnerships, or offline marketing.
  3. MBA / PG in Marketing.
