The Head of Brand, Content & Creative will build and run the end-to-end brand and content engine, translating the company's narrative into high-quality storytelling and creative output across platforms.
This role requires someone who combines strong brand thinking, content instincts, operational rigor, and fluency with AI-driven creative tools to build a fast, scalable brand function.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Narrative and Messaging
- Own the articulation and evolution of the brand narrative
- Translate brand philosophy into clear messaging frameworks
- Ensure consistency of voice across content, campaigns, and communication
- Shape narrative direction for key initiatives including events, travel, and community programs
2. Content Strategy and Production
Content will be a core growth lever.
- Define content themes and storytelling pillars
- Lead high-frequency content production across formats
- Oversee event, community, and travel content pipelines
- Build repeatable systems for content capture and distribution
- Ensure content reflects premium positioning and emotional depth
3. Creative Production
- Lead design and video functions for all brand assets
- Set creative direction for campaigns and visual identity
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Build structured workflows for briefs, production, and delivery
- Maintain high quality across graphics, video, and event assets
4. Social Media and Distribution
- Own social media strategy and execution
- Drive consistent publishing and distribution
- Grow reach, engagement, and community participation
- Ensure social presence aligns with brand tone and positioning
5. AI and Modern Content Tools
- Use AI tools for content generation, ideation, editing, and production
- Build AI-assisted workflows to increase speed and output
- Experiment with emerging tools across design, video, and content
- Enable team adoption of productivity and creative tools
Comfort with AI-driven creative workflows is mandatory.
