Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Integrations, you will implement and support the integration of Workday with other software systems, requiring a strong understanding of both the Workday platform and external systems being integrated. You will lead the planning, design, and implementation of the integration to meet the client's business requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implement Integration Solutions: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between Workday and other software systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and meeting client business requirements.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a smooth integration process and address any issues that arise.
- Develop and Test Code: Write, unit test, and rollout code to support integration requirements, adhering to best practices and quality standards.
- Provide Post-Implementation Support: Offer ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the integration continues to meet client needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Plan and Design Integration: Lead the planning and design of the integration, considering client business requirements and technical feasibility.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to Workday Platform: Familiarity with the Workday platform, including its architecture, data structures, and integration capabilities.
- Experience with Software Integration: Knowledge of integrating software systems, including data mapping, interface development, and testing.
- Coding and Unit Testing: Exposure to writing, unit testing, and debugging code in a programming language relevant to Workday integrations.
- Understanding of External Systems: Familiarity with external systems commonly integrated with Workday, such as HR, finance, or payroll systems.
- Implementation Planning and Design: Experience with planning and designing integration solutions to meet business requirements and technical feasibility.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms: Exposure to cloud-based platforms and their integration capabilities is beneficial for this role, allowing for a deeper understanding of the Workday platform and its interactions with external systems.
- Knowledge of Scripting Languages: Experience with scripting languages relevant to Workday integrations can be advantageous in implementing and supporting integration solutions.
- Understanding of Data Exchange Protocols: Familiarity with data exchange protocols and formats, such as XML or JSON, can be helpful in designing and developing integration solutions.
